Holly is a Witchy Filly.
She has appeared in an advent calendar, in Ice Witchy activity book in Germany, as well as two Ice Witchy magazine issues: Filly Extra: Nr.1/2013, Winterspaß and Filly Eiszauber. Nr.1/ 2014, including the comics story in Winterspaß issue.
Her cape shows she is special in a way. This cape's design is very similar to ones Abra and Cadabra were wearing before second edition of Witchy toy line. This extends to her brooch. Her card also gives her the symbol of rainbow gemstone - sign from the past which everyone associates with the magical twins (it's also supposed to be the trail she leaves on ice). But her other traits are more in style of Ice Witchys, because she is skating on ice just like them and has colorful hat with accessory reminding of theirs, not mentioning how she belongs to the same place where Ice Witchys live.
