Paradisia is the home of the Angel Fillies. The regions float on clouds with the Angel's Palace at the centre. Each house has wings matching the residents' gem colour.
One comic in the magazine announces Allegra's plans for a Cloud Playground.
Its Ukrainian name translates to "The corner of Paradise".
One of the german magazine's issues depicts a horned Angel filly standing near to a sign with two names being written on it: 'Paradisia' and 'Crystalia', which may be a sign of both kinds of fillys knowing about each other.
Adding to that, the places of Paradisia are representing the groups the fillys are divided into and each one of the names describes it well, but these are more literal than the names of Crystalia's islands.
The only symbol which doesn't belong to any group is an image of the rainbow (its gem is amethyst) which is associated with the special filly of the toy line (Angelina) and the building known as Angel's Palace.
According to the text of an official flyer, 'each time a wish comes true, a magical rainbow appears high above the clouds'.
The places angels live in are important to the process of granting wishes because the fillys are bringing the wishes they collected there, as well as sending those to different houses and writing the answers ('angel messages') on the paper before helping a wish to become a reality.
The common name of almost all the locations (except for Angel's Palace) is The Angel Houses. Each house is stated to have 'the cloud room' (this is where the angels write their messages).
A small bird is seen on one of the illustrations but it is unknown if it lives in Paradisia or is the guest and a helper of angels fillys.

Thie location found its debut in Feathers Appear When Angels Are Near where it's shown a few of the times during the episode and has a brief appearance in The Spring Ball.
This portrayal of Paradisia is similar to how the place is looking like in the toy canon.
